Nephroid Project
A first try at putting MicroWorlds Logo projects on the WEB.
This page requires a plugin available from Logo
Computer Systems.
The Project
The area in gray below is a working MicroWorlds
Logo project. The sliders and buttons were created with MicroWorlds
and are functioning components on this WEB page. Try setting the sliders
and then click nephroid to draw the figure. Use the stopall
button to interrupt the drawing. Use home clean to clear the screen.
The code for creating the nephroid was taken from an excellent book Visual Modeling with LOGO by James Clayson. Unfortunately the book is no longer in print. Check out the MIT Press to find out how you can get a copy of this book.
